Rebuilt Bridge was built on a simple but powerful belief: that the discipline, accountability, and dedication required to complete a formal recovery program are exactly the qualities that make someone an exceptional employee and a valuable member of any team.
The people we serve have already done the hardest work. They have rebuilt their lives from the inside out — through formal programs that demanded honesty, commitment, and sustained effort. What they have rebuilt in themselves is exactly what businesses are looking for.
We exist at the intersection of two worlds that don’t naturally find each other — employers who need reliable, dedicated workers, and individuals who have proven through action that they are exactly that. We bridge that gap. We champion both sides.
Our Philosophy
Most hiring processes screen for credentials, experience, and employment history. Those things are important to businesses. We screen for something deeper — and the completion of a formal recovery program is one of the most rigorous character certifications that exists.
The people we serve have demonstrated discipline under pressure, accountability without excuse, and dedication to growth that most people never have to find. They are, in every sense of the word, rebuilt. And what they have rebuilt in themselves shows up in the workplace every single day.
The Problem We Solve
Every year, hundreds of thousands of individuals complete formal recovery programs — programs for substance use, domestic violence, trafficking, sexual assault, coercive control, and more. These graduates emerge with something most job applicants cannot claim: a life actively rebuilt through discipline, self-examination, and commitment to growth.
And yet, they face a job market that too often sees only their past, not their proven potential.
At the same time, employers struggle to find candidates who bring genuine dedication, accountability, and the kind of character that cannot be taught in a classroom.
Rebuilt Bridge exists to solve both problems at once.
Who We Serve
Rebuilt Bridge serves individuals who have completed formal recovery program including Refuge for Women, Celebrate Recovery, Alcoholics Anonymous, and many other programs serving survivors of domestic violence, trafficking, sexual assault, coercive control, substance abuse and more. Our candidates are defined not by what they have been through, but by what they have built through it.

Part of Something Larger
Rebuilt Bridge doesn't stand alone, but is part of a larger vision. It is the Opportunity pillar of the Rebuilt ecosystem — a network of separate but interconnected organizations and businesses, each built around a single belief: that people who have rebuilt their lives deserve every resource they need to build something lasting.
The ecosystem is grounded in what we call The Natural Hierarchy of Human Needs — the conviction that a fully rebuilt life requires three things in sequence: Community, Purpose, and Opportunity. Rebuilt Bridge provides the third. But no pillar stands without the others.
Rebuilt Network provides the community that recovery programs create naturally — and that too often disappears when those programs end. Peer support, belonging, connection, and practical resources for graduates who need a place to land after the formal structure lifts.
Rebuilt Purpose exists to help graduates discover and build on the direction they already carry. Life coaching, skills training, and personal development resources for people who know they are capable of more and need help finding the path toward it.
Rebuilt Bridge opens the door to employment — preparing every candidate and championing them directly with employers who understand that character is a qualification.
Supporting the ecosystem are four businesses that employ graduates and extend the mission into the marketplace: Rebuilt Coffee, a Cast Brew Coffee franchise that serves as a community anchor and employment training ground; Rebuilt Marketing, which promotes and amplifies the ecosystem's story; Rebuilt Designs, which produces branded merchandise that makes the mission visible; and Rebuilt Transport, which removes mobility as a barrier to participation.
